Inspiration Tower gives you a panoramic view of our beautiful Ozarks scenery from either an open-air deck or enclosed viewing area, Statues of the characters from Wright's novel await you, while the 1907 chiming floral clock keeps time. Then, you will see the 1901 church that has been relocated to the Homestead - it is similar to the one Wright preached in at the turn of the century. Next, you will see what was the heart of the community - Old Matt's Mill - which was a favorite gathering place for neighbors. There will also be stops at The General Store and Jennings's Still as well as the set of the Outdoor Drama.

After the tour, check out our horseback trail rides. The trail winds its way back into the rugged, scenic Ozark Mountain Country, Forget about all of the Branson traffic and enjoy nature at its finest. For our pint-sized visitors, Shepherd offers pony rides as well. You won't want to miss any of the fun-filled Special Events scheduled at The Shepherd of the Hills Homestead either.
